Encourage-Mint... to freshen your day. The afterlife… of food. We tend to focus on the present day life of what we plan on eating. You know what I'm talking about, the tastes, the smells and the looks of those delectable delights. Today I suggest that we begin to consider the afterlife of food more often. How does it make us feel? Does it put us to sleep or keep us up? Will it add to my chances of having to deal with diabetes or heart disease?
